Documentation on site
BaSYS opera is available as an Android app or for use via the web browser. Work orders are specifically assigned to the respective user by the BaSYS opera manager. The intuitive user interface facilitates the documentation of maintenance and rehabilitation measures on site. Results are stored directly in the central BaSYS database, eliminating the manual import of recorded data.
Presentation of the results in the map view can be individually visualised with various models. The system offers direct access to stored documents such as photos and PDFs for the respective facilities. This allows condition changes to be determined immediately and new incidents and deviations to be recorded with photos as needed.
Even without an active Internet connection, working with BaSYS opera can continue uninterrupted. Immediate measures can also be entered and processed by the user. Users can create new objects directly on the map as well.
Order creation and administration
Create orders with the BaSYS opera manager and assign them to your personnel on site. Outline the tasks, define work steps and establish work results. The web application can be accessed from anywhere, using any browser – eliminating the need for complex software installation. Data management is realised in a central BaSYS database with automatic synchronisation. You consistently have access to the latest version of condition data for your networks and facilities.
Clear dashboards present the progress of work in real time using self-explanatory graphics. Save time and use the handy filters, for example, by date, model, street or type of plant. In the BaSYS opera manager, you can manage all facilities and networks at a glance and always have access to the master data and corresponding work for all objects. Adding additional facilities is straightforward as well. Establish maintenance cycles and use the library for the definition of tasks.
Establish the individual work steps and specify what results need to be documented. You can save these settings as a model and edit them at any time. Integrated resource and trip planning improves effectiveness in processing maintenance orders through perfect preparation.
