Our training offers
Any software implementation in a company leads to changes in operational procedures. In order for the new software to become a tool that can be planned and scheduled, training that is adequate for the extent of the implemented software is essential.
Only software users that are qualified through practical training can improve efficiency in a timely manner and provide an economic benefit for the company. Comprehensive training materials and data later assist the participant with day-to-day work in the office.
You are already using an older version of our software and want to learn about the functions of the new version when you update. The agenda focuses on program improvements and innovations.
With BaSYS 9, we are presenting a comprehensive update of our network information system that offers a tremendous performance improvement over preceding versions thanks to the use of new technologies and support for spatial geometry data. However, the newly developed BaSYS modules Model Designer and BaSYS Plan on the basis of the latest technologies require additional knowledge. We offer cost-effective conversion training for you here.
The familiar editing and planning functionality of BaSYS Plan 8 and the version 8 models continue to be available to you. Upgrading to BaSYS 9 without using the new BaSYS modules Model Designer and BaSYS Plan does NOT require conversion training. So you can schedule the conversion for a time of your choosing.
Duration
You are free to select the date – please go to training dates... to register for available spaces in training sessions that are already booked. The training duration is two days and the sessions are held in small groups with a maximum of six participants. Please note that training can only be provided when at least two companies are registered.

In basic training we teach you how to use our products with confidence starting with the initial data import. We begin with object data management and working with different project variants, show you how to develop SQL queries or individual OPath queries, and how to use the BaSYS-Plan interface effectively.
Duration
The training duration is individually tailored to your requirements. In general at least two days of training are provided – but for perfect instruction, we recommend four training days.

Naturally we offer individual and project training in addition to the training sessions on our training calendar. This can be provided in the IP training centre or on site at your facilities. Such training sessions are individually tailored to your requirements so that all open questions can be answered and your needs are met.
If you provide us with your data in advance, we can carry out demonstrations, exclusive training or on-site training with your own data.
