Dr Belhaj Ali is an expert for geodatabase design with extensive experience in the field of science and the management of geoinformatics projects. Regionally his activities have focused on France, North Africa and the Middle East to date. Most recently, the holder of a doctorate in geoinformatic sciences worked as a professor in the Department for Geography and GIS of the King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
