BaSYS AquaDATA is used in particular by municipalities and special purpose associations. A powerful, database-driven system was realised in cooperation with the users, enabling both the clear administration of the portfolio and new planning.

GAWANIS compatibility

The GAWANIS standard for gas and water networks is realised in BaSYS AquaDATA as a subset. However, BaSYS sets new standards here with far more information and details.

Database

All relevant data such as pipes, household connections, mounting parts, fittings and mouldings are administered in straightforward forms.

Information for citizens

Use BaSYS AquaDATA as an information station in combination with GeoInfoDesk or BaSYS Web. Fast and structured access to all relevant data is possible through the information station.

Administer the results of all hydraulics calculations relevant for the water network in BaSYS AquaDATA. The data are sorted by calculation alternatives. Results from AquaFIN are imported directly, those from other applications via the ASCII interface.

Object management

You can track all important operational and maintenance processes as well as damage to water lines and/or installations in a clear interface with BaSYS AquaDATA. All events are stored with the determination date and rectification date. You can identify the main tasks quickly and reliably via the GIS connection.

Document management

Administer the documents for your water supply network directly via its elements such as pipes and fittings. Examples include detailed drawings, photos or maintenance forms.

Office link

You can export data such as query results for a service connection directly to Word or Excel. Form letters can be prepared in this way. BaSYS AquaDATA is available in an edit and a view version. No data input is possible in BaSYS AquaDATA View.
